Job Description:
Sun Pharma is seeking a motivated and skilled Chemist to join our team as a Junior Officer (G13) at our Dahej facility. As a Chemist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of various processes and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our biotechnology production.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring daily availability of resources, including BMR, Raw Material, Packing Material, and Manpower.
• Collaborating with QC/QA/STORE/Eng. Dept. for troubleshooting and problem-solving on a daily basis.
• Implementing and monitoring GMP standards to maintain product quality and compliance.
• Regular reporting to higher authorities to keep them informed of production activities.
• Issuing and receiving raw materials and packing materials from RMS, along with MRO checking and verification.
• Transferring Intermediate and Finished products to the Warehouse & BSR daily.
• Procuring consumable items as and when required to support production activities.
• Maintaining documents related to process, cleaning, and housekeeping on a daily basis.
• Taking charge from the previous shift in charge by checking BMR and plant status daily.
• Introducing and scaling up technology transfers for new products on a daily basis.
• Constantly monitoring and improving product processes, efficiency, and service.
• Handling documentation work, including change control, BMR, Validation, and protocol preparation, as and when required.
• Ensuring control on fresh and recovered solvent/spent solvent as needed.
• Managing solid and process waste transfer to the respective areas and maintaining records daily.
• Accomplishing other activities entrusted from time to time as needed.
