Junior Officer (Business Promotion Officer)

As a Junior Officer / Business Promotion Officer, your role will be target-based sales. Here are the details of the job:
• Role Overview:

• Key Responsibilities:
- Graduation in any stream is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking/NBFCs/financial institutions is mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates proficient in the local language. In Delhi NCR, proficiency in Hindi is preferred, while in Maharashtra, proficiency in Marathi is preferred.
• Qualifications Required:
- Graduation in any stream.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking/NBFCs/financial institutions.
- Proficiency in the local language is preferred based on the posting location.

Please note that the terms of employment include:
- Initially on contract for 3 years, renewable based on performance evaluation.
- Career progression to Assistant Manager (Scale I) based on performance.
- No mandatory minimum service period.
- Posting location in Delhi NCR or Maharashtra based on preference, with a possibility of transfer anywhere in India at the bank's discretion.

The compensation package includes:
- Official duty allowance for travel.
- Insurance coverage provided by the bank.
- Other allowances, loans, perquisites, and benefits applicable to regular employees are not provided.
- Annual increment based on performance evaluation.
