Key Responsibilities
• Network Management: Monitor and manage network performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network issues, including hardware and software problems.
• Security: Implement and maintain network security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams to support network-related projects and initiatives.
• Upgrades: Plan and execute network upgrades and enhancements as needed.
• User Support: Provide technical support to users regarding network connectivity issues.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in network administration or a related role.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are preferred.
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Experience with network security practices and tools.
• Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
