Junior Leasing Consultant / Real Estate Leasing Agent

Conduct open homes and private inspections
Process tenancy applications and reference checks
Liaise with prospective tenants and provide property information
Assist with lease preparation and onboarding of new tenants
Support property managers with ingoing reports and routine inspections
Ensure properties are presented well and advertised accurately
Maintain strong communication with landlords and internal teams
About You

Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong time-management and ability to work autonomously
Confident driver with own reliable vehicle
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
Experience in leasing or real estate preferred but training provided
