Job description
Job Title: Junior Lawyer
• Salary: Commensurate with experience, starting at 25k based on qualifications, with negotiable options.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Possess knowledge of Vendor/Supplier Disputes and effectively handle legal matters related to such disputes.
- Demonstrate understanding of Tenants Property Purchase Documents and assist in legal transactions pertaining to property acquisitions.
- Have expertise in Society Redevelopment processes and provide legal guidance in redevelopment projects.
- Familiarity with Outright Purchase of Plot and Flats procedures and ability to draft necessary legal documents such as Sale Agreements and Allotment Letters.
- Proficiency in navigating lands records office and interacting with Talathi/Tahasildar Office for land-related matters.
- Understanding of Stamp Duty/Adjudication processes and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Prior experience in City Civil & High Court proceedings, including filing complaints and representing clients in legal matters.
- Ability to assist in new property acquisition processes, including interpretation of 7/12 extract and Mutation Entries.
- Capable of working independently with solicitors and consultants to achieve legal objectives.
- Proficient in filing complaints, lodging complaints, and representing clients at various legal authorities.

• Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
