Junior IT Administrator

As a Junior IT Administrator, you will help keep core systems, devices, and user services running smoothly, supporting colleagues across the organization with responsive, effective technical assistance.

Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and user accounts.
Troubleshoot system access, email, and connectivity problems across the office.
Assist with routine IT maintenance, updates, backups, and security checks.
Document support requests, resolutions, and recurring technical issues for internal reference.
Requirements
1-2 years of hands-on IT support experience in an office environment.
Basic understanding of networking, email systems, and endpoint troubleshooting.
Experience with Windows administration and Microsoft 365.
Experience communicating clearly with non-technical office users.
Eligible to work in Malta.
Relevant certifications or coursework in IT support, systems, or networking are a plus.
