Desibuildz is expanding, and we are looking for a creative and talented Interior Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. If you are passionate about transforming spaces and have a knack for design, we want to hear from you!
Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Interior Designer at DesiBuildz in Akaltara. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with architects, creating interior design concepts, producing construction drawings, and selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment for projects.
Qualifications
• Space Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design skills
• Experience in creating construction drawings and selecting FF&E
• Strong design sense and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and create tailored interior design solutions.
• Develop space plans, layouts, and design concepts.
• Create detailed 3D models and visual presentations.
• Source and select materials, finishes, and furnishings.
• Work closely with architects and other team members to execute design concepts.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, and rendering software like Vray, Enscape, and Twin Motion is required.
• Strong design sense and attention to detail.
• Experience with on-site project execution is a plus.
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.
• Ability to visualize color schemes and patterns to enhance the looks of the house
• Should have a strong sense of color and space planning
Location: Flexible (Remote/On-site depending on project requirements).
