Job description
Pixelfox is seeking a Junior HR & Operations Executive with at least 1-1.5 years of experience, preferably in Advertising/Digital Agency.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Assist in building and maintaining a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
HR Operations:
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate and manage leave schedules and attendance tracking.
Support HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and policy updates.
Employee Engagement and Relations:
Assist in employee engagement initiatives, including planning internal events and activities.
Address basic employee queries and direct complex concerns to the relevant stakeholders.
Performance Management Support:
Assist in the performance review process, including data collation and follow-ups.
Help identify training needs and coordinate learning and development sessions.
Operations and Administration:
Support day-to-day office operations and logistics coordination.
Liaise with vendors and assist in facilities management when required.
