Junior Growth Marketing Specialist (AI-Native, Remote)
Job Description
Role overview
• Work directly with the CEO to design and execute growth marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Use AI tools (for example, Claude Code and Cursor) routinely as productivity multipliers while applying independent judgement and editorial oversight.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy and receive direct feedback from leadership.
Key responsibilities
• Research marketing channels, identify effective approaches, and develop repeatable playbooks.
• Produce high‑quality marketing content including blog articles, comparison pages, landing pages, and email sequences.
• Use AI tools daily to generate drafts and ideas, then fact‑check, verify claims, and convert rough output into clear, production‑ready English.
• Work with data to track performance, iterate on what works, and discontinue ineffective efforts.
• Manage time and priorities independently, maintaining high standards for deliverables.
Skills and attributes
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently.
• Sound judgement to distinguish high‑quality work from low‑quality or AI‑generated output.
• Attention to accuracy: ability to verify claims, identify weak reasoning, and prevent factual errors.
• Creativity in combining ideas and producing original content beyond standard templates.
• Self‑reliance: proactive in seeking information (documentation, tutorials, AI assistants) rather than waiting for instructions.
• Comfort with new tools, ambiguity, and changing priorities.
• Strong written English; spoken English need not be perfect but writing must be clear and precise.
Candidate profile
• Formal qualifications, years of experience, or the institution attended are not determinative; selection is based on demonstrated ability to learn, think critically, and deliver quality work.
