Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Graphics Editor role based in Varanasi. The Junior Graphics Editor will support the design team in creating visual assets for print and digital media, including layouts, illustrations, and basic motion graphics. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in developing visual concepts that reflect Indic and traditional themes, refining and editing existing graphics, and preparing files for production or online publishing. The role involves collaborating closely with senior designers to maintain visual consistency across projects, adapting artwork to different formats, and ensuring brand alignment. The Junior Graphics Editor will also help with basic image retouching, typography adjustments, and preparing drafts for client reviews and internal feedback.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with an eye for composition, color, and typography.
• Ability to contribute to Corporate Identity projects, including logos, visual systems, and brand elements.
• Experience or interest in creating Motion Graphics for digital platforms is an advantage.
• Skills in designing Brochures and other print collateral, from concept to final artwork.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
• Portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and appreciation for Indic and traditional art styles.
• Ability to take feedback constructively, work collaboratively in a small team, and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Relevant education or training in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
