Job Profile
• Design top-notch graphic content for different social media and other type of media
• Develop fresh concepts based on company goals and current social media trends
• Analyze design briefs and outline requirements
• Present ideas and drafts to the team
• Ensure that all the graphic elements are consistent in terms of style, colors, and message
• Ensure that all the graphic elements that they create are presented on different devices flawlessly. This includes providing the best possible user experience for the large chunk of audience that consists of mobile users.
• Utilize skills to create engaging and build exceptional creatives
• Liaise and work with media agencies, content writers, website manager, and other members of the campaign
• Measure key performance indicators and provide suggestions on what can be improved in the creative approach for the organization.
• It is crucial for the candidate to be up to date with current marketing trends so that they can create adequate visual content that generates interest.
Description The Junior Graphic Designer utilizes state-of-the-art software applications like Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop to consistently produce high quality, creative work that anticipates other IEC needs on regular basis. The Graphic Designer conceives, creates, and manages visual elements for various IEC Activities that fully integrate a cohesive visual approach throughout all media types. The incumbent organizes and leads creative assignments from conception to electronic output, including comprehensive layouts for publications and the Web, advertisements and advertorials, promotional and direct mail pieces, posters, logos, banners, reports, letterhead, and other type of multi-media presentations etc. This position requires previous training, experience, and specific skills. The incumbent performs work with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement. They also need to possess extensive marketing knowledge to be able to come up with the most appropriate content for various target audiences.
