Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer will work on-site at the Sivakasi studio in a full-time capacity, supporting the creation of digital and print design materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with concept development, producing graphics for marketing collateral, and refining layouts based on feedback from senior designers and clients. The role involves working on packaging boxes and pouches design, branding elements, and typography treatments that align with client guidelines and project goals. The Junior Graphic Designer will collaborate with the design team to prepare files for production, maintain organized design assets, and ensure timely delivery of projects. This position offers hands-on experience in a studio environment, with opportunities to learn and grow in graphic design and visual communication.
Qualifications
• Basic Knowledge with industry-standard design software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is beneficial. We will give Software and Design training as well for Beginers.
• A portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and basic design principles is required.
• Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment is important.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines are advantageous.
• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
