Job Description:
We are hiring a Junior Fashion Designer to assist in creating womenswear collections, from concept development to final production.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in design and collection development
• Create moodboards and research references
• Work on garment details and silhouettes
• Support in embroidery and surface development
• Coordinate with tailors and production team
• Assist during fittings and sampling
Requirements
• Degree/diploma in fashion design (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of fabrics and garment construction
• Sketching skills (hand or software)
• Willingness to work in a hands-on studio environment
Additional Information:
• This is a full-time, on-site role in Surat
• Candidates must be comfortable working closely with production and design teams
