Junior Fashion Designer

Manage the complete production cycle from order confirmation to final shipment. Coordinate with buyers, factories, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of orders. Prepare and maintain the Time and Action (T&A) calendar for each production order. Source and follow up on fabrics, trims, accessories, and packaging materials. Monitor production progress and resolve issues affecting timelines or quality. Ensure all materials are available before production begins. Coordinate sample development, approvals, and pre-production meetings. Work closely with quality assurance teams to maintain buyer quality standards. Track production capacity, line planning, and delivery schedules. Monitor order costs and support cost optimization without compromising quality. Arrange inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented when required. Coordinate shipment planning and documentation with logistics teams. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and order status updates. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and manufacturing partners.
