Job Description
Job Title: Junior Fashion Assistant – Content Creation & Digital Media
Location: MG Road, South Delhi (Full time onsite / No remote)
Experience: Upto 1 Year (Fashion Graduate Preferred) (Including Internship experience)
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Junior Assistant to support our digital and creative team. The ideal candidate should have a background in fashion, a strong sense of aesthetics, and hands-on experience in content creation, design, and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily content creation across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Blog, etc.)
• Manage DMs and audience engagement across social media channels
• Draft and edit blog articles, captions, and content copies
• Create or assist with YouTube thumbnails, cover photos, and social media creatives
• Support the design team with graphics, mood boards, and visual concepts
• Help in editing reels, short videos, and other digital content
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely publishing of content
• Stay updated with fashion, digital, and content trends
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Communication, or related field
• 1 year of experience in content creation, digital media, or fashion marketing
• Basic proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and digital aesthetics
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
