Job Title: Influencer Marketing Executive (This is not a digital marketing role)
Job Type: Full-Time
Industry: Marketing Services
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Budget: 3-4 LPA (depends on interview)
About the Role:
Are you a creative hustler with 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing and campaign execution? We're seeking a dynamic professional ready to lead impactful influencer campaigns for a pioneering grooming brand making waves in the market. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and carry multi-cultural consumer insights, this could be your runway to shine.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals
• Cultivate and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, clients, and internal teams
• Strategise and implement campaigns to boost visibility, engagement, and conversions
• Monitor performance metrics and present actionable insights for ongoing optimisation
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables with precision and accountability
• Negotiate influencer contracts with a focus on budget optimization
• Develop compelling creative briefs to guide influencer content
• Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and creator dynamic
Key Requirement:
• 1.5–2 years of solid experience in influencer marketing or campaign execution
• Possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a flair for relationship-building
• Multitasking comes naturally to you; managing several campaigns is part of your rhythm
• Sharp analytical mind to derive insights and improve campaign outcomes
• Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Must have access to a laptop for operational efficiency
• Exposure to culturally diverse audience segments is highly valued—especially those with proven understanding of southern Indian markets (Must have a South language idea) and consumer behaviours
