Your mission

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing Digital team, working as part of the Audience Development team to help grow HELLO!’s website audience and increase user engagement. As a Junior Digital Marketing Executive, you will contribute to the ongoing success of HELLO!'s marketing campaigns by executing multi-channel marketing strategies and supporting the Senior Digital Marketing Executive in delivering impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with the Editorial team and Senior Digital Marketing Executive to bring campaigns to life, ensuring smooth cross-functional coordination and meeting deadlines.
• Manage the marketing calendar and schedules for digital covers, content exclusives, newsletters and other web campaigns.
• Execute marketing campaigns and activities across multiple channels, including Apple News, Affiliate Marketing, Newsletters, WhatsApp, Website, and others.
• Assist with daily newsletter strategy and execution, ensuring consistency and alignment with broader marketing goals.
• Provide clear, basic reporting on channel or campaign performance, and track, report, and analyze website analytics and campaign effectiveness.
• Address customer contact queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Create various types of marketing copy and content using tools such as Photoshop and Canva.

Your profile
• A passion for digital marketing and staying updated with the latest industry trends and developments.
• A genuine commitment to your own career development and growth.

Experience
• Basic experience with project management and campaign management.
• A background in Marketing or Digital Marketing is preferred but not essential.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Canva is required.
• Strong copywriting skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prepare and present reports in a clear and concise manner.
• Good analytical skills to interpret campaign and website performance data.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially in relation to written copy, data management, and results analysis.
• Effective multitasker, able to prioritize conflicting responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
• A Marketing or Communications-related degree or equivalent would be an advantage.
