About The Role
We are looking for someone who can think outside the box, and write eye-catching, witty, passionate content that aids not just in promoting our services but also in building a ‘voice’ across various platforms. Apart from language skills, the candidate must have consumer understanding so that the content can be altered to attract maximum eyeballs. This creative content writer will be a part of our creative media team working alongside creative designers to manage stakeholder expectations.
The ideal applicant will be well-versed in social media and the web, as well as current trends, online marketing, and conventional advertising.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Research and content creation for new client pitches
• Create contextual and innovative content
• Develop imaginative ideas and concepts in close collaboration with the design and social media teams.
• Craft concepts as per the campaign brief
• Write blog posts and other content for websites and social media.
• Capable of working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
Requirements
• 2-4 years of minimum agency experience
• A graduate or undergraduate degree in English literature, media, or advertising is a plus.
• A natural knack for writing with a creative bent, especially in a modern/new age/witty/millennial tone.
• The capacity to create material in a range of formats and styles (long form, short form, captions, etc.) for various audiences.
• Writing in clear English isn't enough; the applicant also needs to be able to think like a consumer and infuse originality into every piece of content they produce
