Job Description
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• Focused, Career Driven & Passionate
• Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
• Well Acquainted With Design And Construction Aspect Of Civil, Structural And Architectural.
• Competent User Of Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD & Other Computer Aided Design Software
THE ROLE (Typical Daily/Weekly Work Will Include):
• Supervising and Checking of All Activities As Per The Drawings
• Ensure Compliance With Safety Standards And Environmental Policies.
• Should Plan And Schedule All The Project Activities As Per The Timelines.
• Ensure That The Assigned Work Is Progressing Or Completed As Per The schedule By Co-ordination Amongst The Team Members, Contractors And Consultants.
• Working Out Quantity As Per Drawings (Civil And Finishing).
• Preparing Bid Comparison, Negotiating With A Vendor, Contractor And Closing The PO or Work Order
• Getting The Quotation From Vendor For The Material Requirement Request Raised From Site
• Co-coordinating With The Vendor, Contractor To Deliver The Material In Stipulated Given Period.
• Maintain All The Desired Records At Site Like Inventory Management, Registers, Drawing Register, Non-Compliance Register, etc.
• Checking Of Bills As Per The Execution Of Work
JOB LOCATION:
Chembur, Mumbai
QUALIFICATION:
Diploma or BE Civil Engineering
PAY: From 15000 to 22000 Per Month (Will Depend On Skill and Knowledge)
