Job Description
We are looking for Junior CAD Draftsman.
CTC: 2.5 LPA - 3 LPA
Location: Jalgaon, Maharashtra
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Draftsman to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting complex engineering designs into precise technical drawings and schematics using CAD software. This role is critical in ensuring that our manufacturing and assembly teams have accurate blueprints for high-stakes industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities
• Technical Drawing: Create detailed 2D and 3D electrical schematics, GA (General Arrangement) drawings, and wiring diagrams for industrial battery chargers and DC systems.
• Design Collaboration: Coordinate with the design and production engineers to understand project requirements and translate conceptual sketches into finalized technical layouts.
• Documentation: Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure all drawings comply with industry standards (IS/IEC) and client specifications.
• Revision Management: Update and modify existing drawings based on feedback from the testing or site installation teams.
• Standardization: Maintain a digital library of components and standard templates to improve drafting efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD (2D/3D) is mandatory. Familiarity with SolidWorks or EPLAN is a significant advantage.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical symbols, circuit theory, and industrial panel layouts.
• Soft Skills: High level of accuracy, ability to meet deadlines, and strong communication skills to work within a multidisciplinary team.
