About Sprites
Sprites is a performance marketing automation platform. Founders and marketers connect their ad accounts and we handle the rest: research, audience building, campaign creation, publishing, optimization, insights. We cover Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and SEO & AI Visibility today, with more on the way.
We're YC-backed (W22), growing, and we have real case studies: Coplay cut CPL by 48%, H.M. Cole moved off agencies entirely, and so on. The product works. We need more hands on outbound.
What you'll do
You'll own the top of our outbound funnel. That means building targeted prospect lists, calling and emailing into them, handling early objections, and booking qualified demos onto our founders' calendars. Once a demo is booked, our founders take it from there.
Day to day:
Research and build prospect lists in Apollo against our defined ICPs
Run cold call sequences into those lists (this will be the bulk of your time)
Handle quick objections, qualify on the spot, book the demo
Who you are
Early in your sales career and hungry. Maybe one B2B sales role under your belt, maybe none. We care more about energy, coachability, and how you sound on the phone than your resume.
Comfortable on the phone. Cold calling will be the core of this job. If the idea of dialing all day excites you (or at least doesn't scare you), keep reading.
Fluent or native English. You'll be calling US and Canadian markets. Accent is fine; clarity and warmth on the phone are not optional.
Available during US/Canada business hours. You can be based anywhere, but your working hours need to overlap meaningfully with North American time zones (roughly 9am to 5pm ET or PT).
Self-directed. We're small, we move fast, and we don't have time to micromanage. You'll have a lot of support, but you need to drive your own day.
B2B SaaS experience is a plus, not a requirement.
