Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Junior Architect / Junior Interior Designer / Draftsperson / Intern. The team member will assist in developing architectural and interior design concepts, preparing drawings, 3D models, and detailed documentation under the guidance of senior designers. Daily responsibilities include preparing design presentations, updating plans and layouts, coordinating design changes, and supporting site visits and measurements as needed. The role involves collaborating with project managers and consultants to support timelines, design quality, and technical accuracy. The position offers hands-on learning, exposure to the full project lifecycle, and opportunities to contribute creatively to residential, commercial, and landscape projects.
Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to support concept development and detailed drawings.
• Basic understanding of Project Management principles to assist in documentation, coordination, and tracking project progress.
• Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts is a plus for working with digital tools, BIM platforms, or collaborative design systems.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and competency in MS Office and presentation tools.
• Relevant academic background (B.Arch, Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field; current students or recent graduates are welcome for intern roles).
• Strong visual, spatial, and technical drawing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in sustainable design, contemporary aesthetics, and learning from senior professionals in architecture and interiors.
