Job Description
DIAMOND EXPERIENCE CANDIDATES WILL BE PREFERABLE
Maintaining accounting and bookkeeping entries on ERP.
Preparation of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable reports and follow-ups with the clients for the same.
Preparation of bills for the parties.
Handling petty cash. Vouching of Expenses and passing entries in ERP
Preparing Inter Company Reconciliation.
Developing and standardizing accounting processes and treatments.
Tracking compliances with laws and adherence to disclosures made.
Coordinating with statutory auditors and drive timely completion thereof.
Coordination with bankers and carrying out banking transactions.
Bank reconciliations.
Analysis of Debtors and Creditors-Ageing, Recovery Period and Balance Confirmation Procedures & Verification.
Managing multiple audit assignments, including Tax Audits and Statutory Audits.
Online Payment of taxes, TDS, VAT, CST computation.
Scrutiny of debtors’ creditors (Account head and party account reconciliation).
Preparing Monthly Reports and Invoices on collection activities.
Managing & controlling the daily operations of the accounts department.
Assisting in the finalization of accounts.
Monthly Cash flow for companies.
5 years’ experience with good academic record and no gap in education.
Graduates can apply.
Exposure in Diamond industry preferably.
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of accounting software packages – Diam trade preferred.
Should be able to communicate In English.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
