Overview
We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our growing team. The role involves assisting senior accountants with day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. This position requires regular visits to client locations.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Help in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
• Assist with preparing tax returns and other compliance documents.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
