Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of accounting experience and a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial practices. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their career in accounting while supporting the financial operations of a fast-paced organization.
As a Junior Accountant, you will assist in handling day-to-day accounting tasks, including maintaining records, managing transactions, and supporting monthly closures. Proficiency in Tally ERP is a must, along with familiarity with accounting standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivable.
Record and process transactions using Tally ERP software.
Perform regular bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
Assist with month-end and year-end closings.
Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements.
Process invoices, payments, expense reports, and purchase orders.
Ensure accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
Assist in tax filings and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for billing and payment issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
2-3 years of accounting experience.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP is mandatory.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with additional accounting or ERP systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
