Job Description
Role summary: Provide day-to-day accounting support and assist the CFO with reporting and admin tasks.
Key responsibilities (short):
Post invoices, receipts and journal entries; maintain basic GL accounts.
Process supplier invoices and customer billing; follow up on collections.
Prepare bank reconciliations and help track cashflow.
Assist month-end close: accruals, reconciliations, and schedules.
Review and code employee expenses; support payroll data collection.
Compile documents for audits, tax filings and compliance checks.
Prepare short financial summaries, presentations and ad-hoc analyses for the CFO.
Maintain orderly filing (electronic/paper) and finance admin tasks.
