Juice shop manager

We are a rapidly growing juice & acai business looking for a skilled, hands-on Operations Manager to lead multiple store locations, drive performance, and maintain exceptional product standards.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in hospitality leadership who loves working with fresh products and has a passion for delivering amazing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple retail food/beverage sites
Train, coach & supervise store managers and frontline teams
Maintain consistent product quality — especially juices, smoothies & acai
Manage staffing, rosters, hiring and performance
Ensure stores deliver outstanding customer service
Manage stock, ordering and supplier coordination
Support new store launches, marketing activations & promotional campaigns
Monitor sales and operational KPIs to ensure strong performance
Quickly resolve operational challenges with a proactive attitude
Uphold a positive, energetic and professional brand culture
Ideal Candidate

2+ years as a supervisor or manager in hospitality or retail
Experience working with fresh juice & acai preparation is a strong advantage
Excellent people leadership and communication skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Financial awareness including labour costs and sales reporting
Reliable, trustworthy and committed to business success
Full working rights in Australia
Driver’s licence preferred for inter-store travel
