Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Circuit Jury Coordinator to provide operational support to judges and their staff. This role requires strong initiative and judgment to manage confidential information and coordinate jury activities.
The successful candidate will oversee a range of duties, including:
Providing high-level support to judges and their staff, senior registrars, and Juries Victoria managers.
Overseeing operational duties supporting circuit activities, including stakeholder management.
Supporting Juries Victoria managers in forecasting and communicating with citizens summoned as jurors.
Contributing to the resolution of complex operational issues.
