About the Role
We're looking for a Junior Visual Communications Designer to join our marketing/brand team. You'll help
bring SafeGold's brand to life across digital and offline channels — from social creatives and campaign
assets to internal communication decks and festive marketing collateral. This is a great opportunity for
someone early in their design career who wants to grow in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
What You'll Do
• Design creatives for social media, paid campaigns, email, and app/website banners
• Support festive and key-event marketing (Akshaya Tritiya, Dhanteras, Diwali, etc.) with on-brand visual assets
• Create presentation decks, one-pagers, and internal communication visuals
• Collaborate with the marketing and growth teams to translate campaign briefs into compelling visuals
• Maintain and evolve SafeGold's visual brand guidelines across all collateral
• Support video/motion graphics for social and ad content (basic editing skills a plus)
• Iterate quickly based on performance feedback and stakeholder input
What We're Looking For
• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (internships count)
• A strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital and print/collateral design
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator; familiarity with After Effects/Premiere
Pro is a plus
• A good eye for typography, layout, and color, with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and turnaround creatives quickly without compromising quality
• Bonus: Motion Graphics + Video Editing skills.
• Bonus: understanding of performance marketing creative best practices (hooks, formats, A/B testing visuals)
