YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 1-3 YEARS
LOCATION: TECHNIPLEX, GOREGAON WEST, MUMBAI
WORK TYPE: ON-SITE
Responsibilities:
- Video Editing:
- Editing video content for various projects, including commercials, social media videos, promotional videos, and client presentations.
- Proficient with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to assemble raw footage, add transitions, effects, graphics, and sound effects.
- Ensure video content is aligned with client objectives, brand guidelines, and project requirements.
- Creative Collaboration:
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions with directors and producers, fostering innovative and engaging video concepts.
- Utilize your editing skills and understanding of visual effects to bring the creative team's vision to life and craft impactful narratives.
- File Management:
- Implement a well-structured system for video files, assets, and project folders, fostering efficient workflow and facilitating easy access to content for all project stakeholders.
- Employ meticulous version control procedures and maintain regular backups of project files to ensure data integrity and safeguard against loss or corruption.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct thorough quality checks on edited video content, verifying accuracy, consistency, and strict adherence to project specifications and client feedback.
- Effectively manage revisions and adjustments based on supervisor and client input, guaranteeing the final productions are polished and meet all expectations.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for video editing software and equipment, ensuring smooth operation and resolving any technical hurdles that may arise.
- Remain updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in video editing and production. This ensures you're equipped with the latest knowledge to optimize workflows and integrate new tools seamlessly.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in Video Editing
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of video editing techniques, principles of storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bring ideas to life through video.
