Location: The Postcard Gir Wildlife Sanctuary, Gujarat


Department: Food Beverage Production

Position: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Lead assigned sections of the kitchen during prep and service
• Ensure flavor, quality, and presentation of every dish meet brand standards
• Handle multicuisine preparations, including Indian, Continental, and regional menus
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and food storage standards are strictly followed
• Guide and train commis-level team members to deliver consistency and excellence
• Collaborate with service teams for smooth coordination during high-volume operations

What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a luxury hotel/resort kitchen environment
• Strong hands-on expertise in multicuisine production (Indian, Western, Regional)
• Creative flair for presentation and an understanding of guest dining preferences
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
• Strong understanding of HACCP and kitchen hygiene practices
• A team player with leadership skills and a keen eye for detail
• Willingness to work in remote and nature-driven locations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
