Jr. Sales Executive

Octfis Techno LLP is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and energetic Junior Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a willingness to learn IT Software and SaaS products. The role involves cold calling, handling leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining software solutions, following up with prospects, and assisting in converting leads into customers. If required, the candidate should be willing to visit clients for meetings and product demonstrations.

Requirements
• Experience: Fresher to 1 Year in Sales, Tele Sales, Business Development, IT Software Sales, or SaaS Sales.
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and explain software solutions effectively.
• Conduct product demonstrations (online/offline) and follow up with prospects.
• Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Visit clients for meetings and product demonstrations, if required.
• Maintain lead and sales records in CRM or Excel.
• Good communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, BCA, BE/B.Tech, or any relevant field. Fresh graduates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply. MBA/M.Com will be an added advantage.
