Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Java Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our development team. You will work closely with senior developers and stakeholders to build, test, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems using Java technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Debug and resolve technical issues reported by users or internal teams.
• Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews.
• Assist in the integration of applications with other systems.
• Maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting.
Required Skills/ Qualifications:
• 1.5 – 3 years of hands-on experience in Java / Java EE development.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with Spring / Spring Boot frameworks.
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
• Knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases such as MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle.
• Basic understanding of version control tools like Git.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
