Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who is passionate about SaaS sales and business growth. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and enterprise solution selling. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, understanding customer pain points, demonstrating Nosnia.ai's solutions, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
• Identify business opportunities for AI-powered WhatsApp automation, customer engagement, and SaaS solutions.
• Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and client presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Nosnia.ai solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.
• Negotiate commercial proposals and close high-value business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
Required Skills
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, SaaS Sales, IT Sales, Software Sales, or B2B Solution Selling.
• Strong experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in cold calling and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Understanding of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar.
• Ability to understand business challenges and recommend technology solutions.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Experience selling SaaS products, AI solutions, WhatsApp Business API, CRM, or Automation platforms.
• Knowledge of Digital Transformation, Customer Engagement, AI Automation, or Enterprise Software will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or similar platforms.
