Location: Nunavut (Fly‑In/Fly‑Out from Major Canadian City Hubs)
Rotation: 4–6 Weeks On / 10–14 Days Off with travel paid

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Journeyperson Plumber to join our team in Nunavut. This role is essential to ensuring the performance, reliability, and energy efficiency of mechanical systems across a variety of project sites. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, safety‑focused, and comfortable working in isolated northern environments on extended rotations.
Key Responsibilities
• Install and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Collaborate with team members to meet project schedules and quality standards
• Perform heavy lifting, assembly, and construction‑related tasks
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide timely solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
• Proven mechanical experience in HVAC, plumbing, or related trades
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Familiarity with mechanical system maintenance procedures
• Skilled in the safe operation of hand and power tools
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Relevant trade certifications (HVAC, plumbing, gas fitting) considered an asset
• Physically capable of working in demanding and cold‑climate environments
• Willingness to work fly‑in/fly‑out rotations in Arctic locations
• Legally eligible to work in Canada (no sponsorship)
Work Conditions
• Fly‑In/Fly‑Out from major Canadian city hubs
• 4–6 week rotations with 10–14 days off
• Northern work environment with varying weather conditions

Pay: $45.00 per hour
