Journeymanwoman Heavy Duty Mechanic

Otis excavating has an opening for a journeyman heavy duty mechanic with a minimum 5 years experience working on highway trucks and trailers.

We are looking for someone who:

· Has strong diagnostic skills and experience using computer diagnostic tools

· Is able to work independently

· Is able to complete CVIP inspections

· Available to work Mondays through Saturdays

· Is physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs

· Is professional and punctual

Experience working on off-road construction equipment would be a definite asset.

This is a shop-based position, primarily working on diesel trucks, tandems, tri-axle pup trailers, highway tractors, trailers and misc. small equipment

Preference will be given to applicants with experience working on off-road construction equipment
