Archer Cares is a fast-growing HVAC and plumbing company, and we're looking for an experienced journeyman plumber — someone who currently runs, or has run, their own plumbing business — to help us build our plumbing division from the ground up.
This isn't another service call job. This is a chance to bring your book of business, your name, and your expertise into a company that already has the license, the customer base, and the marketing to grow — and to earn real equity while you do it.
You focus on plumbing. We'll worry about the business.
What you'll do
You'll come in and start by capitalizing on every opportunity in front of us. From there, you'll help us build a plumbing team by plugging into everything we already have running — our marketing, our installers, our office team, and every other part of the business.
You'll be the technical expert. As the division grows and the team fills in behind you, you'll have a real choice: step into a leadership role and get out of the field, or stay in the field as our go-to plumbing expert. Either way works — you tell us what you want your day to look like.
Day to day, that looks like:
Combining your book of business with ours and capitalizing on all current plumbing opportunities
Delivering excellent plumbing work and being the technical standard the rest of the team is built around
Helping recruit, train, and develop a plumbing team using our existing systems and support
Leaning on our marketing, installers, and office staff so you can focus on the trade, not the paperwork
