Role Description The Remote Human Resource Intern role is an internship position focused on supporting HR operations and people-related processes at Xavirgin.com. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with talent sourcing and screening, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and supporting onboarding documentation and communication. The intern helps update HR databases, prepares basic reports, and supports employee engagement initiatives such as check-ins, feedback collection, and internal communications. The role also involves collaborating with team members to refine HR processes, contribute to policy documentation, and participate in projects related to performance feedback and culture building. This is a remote internship role, offering flexible, hands-on experience in a technology-driven, growth-oriented environment. Qualifications Foundational understanding of Human Resources concepts, including recruitment, onboarding, and basic HR administration. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members. Good organizational and time management abilities, including maintaining accurate records and balancing multiple tasks. Comfort with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., spreadsheets, video conferencing, HR or ATS tools is a plus). Interest in technology, startups, and learning how HR functions in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Ability to work independently, show initiative, and handle confidential information responsibly. Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations is beneficial but not required.
