Role: Head Barista (Full-Time, On-Site – Ongole)
You will lead the coffee bar and set the standard for every drink served. This role requires ownership of quality, team performance, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare espresso-based and manual brew beverages with consistency
• Lead bar operations during service hours
• Train and mentor baristas with defined standards
• Maintain strict cleanliness, hygiene, and station discipline
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and wastage
• Ensure fast, efficient, and high-quality customer service

• Strong hands-on barista experience with espresso machines and grinders
• Clear understanding of extraction, milk texturing, and drink consistency
