Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Captain based in Jaipur. The Food and Beverage Captain will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to service standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, supervising food and beverage service, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, training team members, and addressing guest needs promptly and professionally. This position is key to upholding the quality of service and the overall dining experience at the restaurant.

Qualifications
• Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and guide team members during service
• In-depth knowledge of Service Standards and a commitment to maintaining high-quality dining experiences
• Proficiency in Food Service and Customer Service to cater to and enhance guests’ dining experiences
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with both staff and customers
• Ability to manage time effectively, remain composed in a fast-paced environment, and multitask efficiently
• Prior experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is highly desirable
