We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Case Manager to join our Working Well Health team.

As a Rehabilitation Case Manager, you will actively support our workforce to manage complex physical and psychological conditions and injuries. You’ll work closely with generalist HR and specialist case teams to identify and influence innovative early intervention and rehabilitation strategies and actions to support our people needing assistance.

You will work in a dynamic environment as part of a team. You’ll deliver rehabilitation outcomes and priorities, often within a tight timeframe to ensure the ATO maximises the productivity and effectiveness of its employees. You’ll mentor peers and contribute to business improvement strategies.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Moonee Ponds, Parramatta, Perth, Upper Mount Gravatt or Wollongong.
