At least 1 year of previous conveyancing paralegal experience is preferable, however not essential

Your role
We are seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our Real Estate & Construction practice group in Canberra, on a permanent full-time basis.
Our property and infrastructure development experience is extensive. Our clients operate across the spectrum of real estate developments including large residential and mixed use projects, shopping centres, hotels and resorts, commercial and industrial buildings, major public infrastructure and large scale master planned communities.
With the support of experienced and approachable Partners and other lawyers and paralegals, this role will be responsible for end-to-end file management for high volume development project matters and other conveyancing matters.
Duties will include:
processing new instructions, with direct contact with clients
preparation of contracts and preparation of letters and documentation
completing online searches
managing paper and PEXA settlements
financial and administrative tasks
