Onroad Driving Education is one of Australia’s leading and most trusted driving schools, delivering high-quality lessons across Sydney. We’re currently expanding and looking for passionate, patient, and professional Driving Instructors to join our team.
About the Role
This flexible contractor role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, wants independence, and values making a positive impact on learner drivers.
You will provide safe, structured driving lessons while enjoying full support from our office team and steady student bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality driving lessons to learners of all skill levels
Teach NSW road rules, safe driving habits, and test preparation
Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times
Keep accurate lesson notes and student records
Manage your own schedule with support from our admin team
What You Need
Essential:
Current NSW Driving Instructor License
Reliable and well-maintained vehicle (dual controls preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid Australian driver’s license
Ability to manage your schedule and work independently
Desirable (Not Mandatory):
Experience teaching or coaching learners
Experience supporting NDIS participants
Multilingual skills (highly valued) especially Dari, Farsi and Arabic
Certificate IV in Transport & Logistics (TLI41225) or similar
