Primo Care Disability Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker with a focus on mentoring, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives.

This position requires a strong commitment to person-centered care and the ability to build trusting relationships.

A casual role, with roughly 10-20 hours a week and the potential for more hours for the right candidate.

Requirements: drivers license and a car, police check, and working with vulnerable people check.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $35.00 – $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
