Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Union, NJ
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (Full-time after 90 days)

Position Overview
The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support across all functions, including compliance, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR technology management. This role requires hands-on experience with HR systems, leadership capabilities, and the ability to support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational performance.
The ideal candidate will have an MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred) and will work closely with HR leadership to ensure all HR practices are aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Support HR operations including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
Administer and maintain HR technology systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and benefits software.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Support training, development programs, and career development initiatives.
Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation in alignment with best practices and legal requirements
