Responsibilities:
As our HR Specialist, you will:
• Implement cutting-edge talent acquisition strategies for key departments.
• Utilize the latest technologies and recruitment software to streamline the hiring process.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to final selection.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand unique staffing needs.
• Showcase your expertise in HR roles, including HR generalist, specialist, and recruitment.
• Shape the HR landscape through innovative hiring practices.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR generalist functions.
• Familiarity with the role of HR manager in diverse departments.
• Strong understanding of human resources roles and responsibilities.
• Knowledge of the HR recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
• Ability to leverage the latest HR technologies and software.
