ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Script Writer who can craft engaging and high-converting scripts for product advertisements on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate understands audience psychology, hooks, and storytelling that drives conversions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Write compelling scripts for short-form video ads (15–60 seconds)
• Create scroll-stopping hooks within the first 3–5 seconds
• Develop scripts focused on product benefits, problem-solving, and storytelling
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team for ad concepts
• Adapt scripts based on performance data and feedback
• Write in multiple tones (Hinglish, direct response)
• Stay updated with current ad trends and viral formats
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong command over English and Hindi (Hinglish preferred)
• Basic understanding of performance marketing and ad funnels
• Ability to write crisp, engaging, and conversion-focused content
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Prior experience in ad scripts, content writing, or similar roles is a plus
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Understanding of consumer psychology and buying triggers
• Knowledge of hooks, CTA writing
• Ability to analyse winning ads and replicate frameworks
Location: Rohini Sector 18
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
Experience: 1–2 years
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
