Job Referral Support Intern

Type: Part-time Internship
Location: Remote
Duration: 2 Months (extendable based on performance)
About the Role
The Hustler Brands runs live workshops and a 30-day Career Launch Program that helps students fix their LinkedIn, resume, and interview skills. This role owns the part that happens after the training ends — making sure "Internship & Job Referral Support" is a real, working benefit for every student who completes the program, not just a line item on a poster.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update a live tracker of internship and entry-level job openings relevant to workshop/program graduates
• Source opportunities from job portals, LinkedIn, and company/HR networks on an ongoing basis
• Match sourced opportunities to student profiles based on their target track (marketing, finance, HR, operations, etc.)
• Reach out to companies and HR contacts to explore referral partnerships and internship pipelines
• Share relevant opportunities with students via WhatsApp groups, email, or direct message as they become available
• Track referral outcomes — who applied, who got interviews, who got placed — and maintain a simple success-rate log
• Coordinate with the training team to understand each cohort's skill level and target roles before matching them to openings
• Flag any recurring gaps (e.g. "we get a lot of finance-track requests but few finance openings") back to the founder
What We're Looking For
• Strong written communication — you'll be reaching out to companies and talking to students regularly
• Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach and cold networking
• Organized and proactive — this role lives or dies on follow-through, not one-time effort
• Prior exposure to HR, recruitment, or talent sourcing is a plus, not mandatory
