## Employability Skills Trainer

• *Job Location:** Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India
• *About the Role:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Employability Skills Trainer to join our GROW program. GROW is our skill development initiative aimed at empowering young Indians from low-income households. This 60-day training program equips trainees with essential employability skills like communicative English, digital literacy, and aptitude, ultimately leading to placement opportunities.
• *Responsibilities:**
• Deliver comprehensive training to aspirants on a structured module covering English Grammar, Spoken English, MS Office, Basic Mathematics, Soft Skills, and Work Readiness. All session material will be provided.
• Adhere to and implement the Training Plan/Calendar for the center.
• Assist in conducting assessments of the aspirants.
• Provide post-placement counseling to the trainees.
• Build and maintain networks with guest lecturers/industry experts to arrange field visits for the sector Readiness module.
• Offer ongoing support to trainees at their workplaces (for a short period) after successful placement.
• Contribute to other center activities as required.• *Experience Required:**
• Proven experience as an Employability Skills Trainer or in a similar role.
• Strong command of English communication (both written and spoken).
• In-depth knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for empowering youth from marginalized communities.
