We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at HR Service Jobs in Kuniyamuthur. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day office operations, ensuring that the environment is efficient and productive. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the office, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents in an orderly fashion.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
• Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative office environment.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Working Hours
• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, +:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
